We ensure your photo booth runs flawlessly throughout the event by arriving one hour before the start time to set up and conduct test runs. Set up and tear down are included in all packages and do not impact the booth's operating hours. If you require earlier setup, you can add an idle hour for $50/hr.
There are no additional charges for the setup and teardown of our booth. These services are fully included in the price we quote you.
Typically, our requirements for setup space are 10’x10’ for most Setups. However, we can be flexible to accommodate your needs. Our Selfie Station, being small and high-tech, only requires 2’x2’ of space without the backdrop.
We require a standard 110V power source with a 10-amp capacity and a 3-prong outlet. Please note that we will supply a 20ft extension cord for your convenience.
An attendant will be present at all times to set up the photo booth and interact with your guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
Certainly! Once you've booked our services, you can provide us with your logo in .PNG format or specify text details (such as names, dates, or hashtags) with a maximum of 60 characters. Additionally, you can share the theme and colors of your event, and our designer will customize your template accordingly to match the event's theme and colors.
There's no travel fee for locations within a 50km radius of downtown Toronto. However, a small fee will be added for locations outside of this radius. Additionally, if parking is not provided for our vehicle, we may include a parking fee.
Wi-Fi is necessary if you plan to utilize the social media sharing features and for guests to download images digitally. In the absence of Wi-Fi, images will be queued and sent once the system connects to Wi-Fi. We offer hotspot capability at an extra charge if needed.
If your venue is dimly lit, rest assured, we provide ample lighting to ensure optimal photo quality and visibility.
You will receive access to your online gallery within 24-48 hours following the event.
Complete the form on our contact us page. Once received, we will confirm our availability and address any inquiries you may have. Following this, an agreement will be provided for signature, and a 30% retainer fee is required to secure our services for your event.
To secure us for your event date and time, we mandate a 30% retainer fee. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if the event is cancelled.
